The FascinaGal Index is a quarterly ranking of fashion's hottest brands and products. It uses data from over 200 million shoppers searching, browsing, and buying fashion online across 5,000+ designers and stores.

Global Searches

We analyze over 1 million fashion items by search queries, product views, and sales conversion data. Social media mentions and engagement across platforms are factored into rankings.

Real-Time Tracking

Our algorithm tracks fashion in real-time, measuring page views, interactions, and actual sales. We group colors for similar styles and account for global demand relative to stock availability.

Social Signals

Social media buzz, celebrity moments, influencer engagement, and fashion week coverage all contribute to brand and product rankings. Cultural relevance is key to the Index.

Our Methodology

The FascinaGal Index ranks brands and products based on a complex algorithm that weighs multiple factors. Search volume and conversion data provide the foundation, while social signals, editorial coverage, and celebrity endorsements add cultural context. We track over 200 million shoppers across the globe, analyzing their behavior on FascinaGal and partner sites.

For brands, we measure quarterly performance against historical data, tracking movements up and down the rankings. For products, we identify breakout items that capture consumer attention through viral moments, celebrity styling, or designer innovation. All data is normalized to account for brand size, seasonal variations, and market conditions.

The Index updates quarterly, providing a snapshot of fashion's current zeitgeist and predicting emerging trends before they hit mainstream retail.
